1 Sustains Serious Injuries in Cottonwood Car Crash at Bowman Road and Hooker Creek Road
Cottonwood, California (August 26, 2021) – At least one person suffered severe injuries after a two-vehicle collision that occurred Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Cottonwood.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at about 3:23 p.m. at Bowman Road and Hooker Creek Road.
The two vehicles collided for unknown reasons, blocking the intersection.
Caltrans, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the scene.
The report said at least one person suffered major injuries in the accident. The patient was hospitalized in an unknown condition.
CHP is investigating to determine the factors that may have contributed to the collision.
