53-Year Old Man Killed in San Jose Motorcycle Crash on Highway 101 near Brokaw Road Off-Ramp

San Jose, California (August 27, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday afternoon traffic accident that killed a 53-year-old male motorcyclist in San Jose.
The deadly motorcycle accident transpired at about 5:05 p.m., on August 25, in the southbound lanes of Highway 101 near Brokaw Road off-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 53-year-old man was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson in the far-left lane when a vehicle suddenly moved into his lane in front of him.
The rider moved to the right into the next lane over. Unfortunately, he crashed into the back of a stopped Infiniti.
As a result of the crash impact, the motorcyclist was ejected into the back of a stopped Toyota Avalon sedan.
Sadly, the male rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
