3 Adults, 3 Juveniles Hospitalized after Santa Clarita Crash on Golden State (5) Freeway near Antelope Valley (14) Freeway
Santa Clarita, California (August 30, 2021) – Six people were injured Sunday night in a traffic collision on a freeway in Santa Clarita, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash, involving two vehicles, was reported at around 10:51 p.m. Sunday, August 29, on the Golden State (5) Freeway, just north of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
The incident began when an SUV stalled in the no. 3 lane of the northbound freeway. The stalled SUV may have been hit by another vehicle.
The impact caused the SUV to overturn, ejecting one of its occupants.

Medical personnel responded to the scene and took the three adults and three children to area hospitals. The names of the victims and their conditions were not immediately disclosed.
