West Hollywood Man Killed in Tulare County Car Accident on Avenue 336 near Road 162
Tulare County, California (August 31, 2021) – A man was killed in a traffic collision that took place in Tulare County on Monday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident occurred on Avenue 336 west of Road 162.
According to CHP, a 38-year-old West Hollywood man was driving a Toyota sedan westbound on Avenue 336 when he swerved north onto the dirt shoulder suddenly. The driver then made a turn west and was hit by a 2018 GMC pickup driven by Carlos Mendoza Garcia, 53.

The driver of the sedan died at the scene of the accident.
Garcia sustained minor injuries in the crash.
Alcohol and drugs were not believed to be factors in the accident.
