Bicyclist Killed in Mission Valley Crash on Camino Del Rio South near Texas Street
Mission Valley East, California (September 15, 2021) – A bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle in Mission Valley East on Tuesday night, according to San Diego Police.
The incident happened on Camino Del Rio South near Texas Street on Tuesday, September 14.
According to San Diego police, a 42-year-old man was riding a bike on Camino Del Rio South when he was hit by a 2018 Nissan Sentra driven by a 25-year-old woman.
Rider Killed in Mission Valley Bicycle Crash
The cyclist died at the scene of the crash.
Police said DUI was not suspected to be a factor in the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
