Concord Collision on Highway 4 near Highway 242 Injures 1
Concord, California (September 17, 2021) – A Concord collision involving two vehicles Thursday afternoon sent one person to the hospital, the California Highway Patrol said.
The minor injury crash happened on Highway 4 near Highway 242 at approximately 4:15 p.m.
As per the report, a white Lexus RX 350 reportedly crashed with a gray coloured Dodge on the eastbound side of the roadway under unclear circumstances.
Due to the impact, the Lexus RX 350 acquired rear-end damage.
Minor Injury Concord Crash
One person, whose identity was not immediately revealed, was rushed to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.
The collision resulted in the closure of the eastbound lanes of Highway 4 for an unknown time.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
