Stanislaus County, California (September 17, 2021) – One person was seriously injured in a head-on collision in on Thursday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 11:13 a.m. at Albers and Milnes roads.

A semi- and at least two other vehicles were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.

The impact of the collision sent one of the vehicles off the roadway where it overturned onto its side.

One person sustained major injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
