Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Sacramento Accident on Jackson Road near Lizwelch Avenue
Sacramento, California (September 27, 2021) – A rider was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a Sacramento traffic collision Monday afternoon.
The major injury crash happened in the 9300 block of Jackson Road near Lizwelch Avenue at approximately 4:55 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident involved a dark-colored sedan and motorcycle that crashed on the highway for undetermined reasons.

Paramedics responded to the scene shortly after 4:55 p.m. and treated the rider who had been seriously injured in the collision.
The victim, whose identity had been withheld, was then rushed to the UC Davis Medical Center for further medication.
Officials closed down a section of the Jackson Road as they investigated and cleared the scene.
The accident remains under investigation by the CHP.
