Westlake Village Accident on State Route 23 at Carlisle Road Injures Bicyclist
Westlake Village, California (September 30, 2021) – A bicyclist was injured in a collision with a vehicle on a highway in Westlake Village Tuesday morning, September 28.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site shortly before 10:45 a.m. on State Route 23 (Westlake Boulevard) near E. Carlisle Road.
The accident involved a bicyclist and a pickup truck that crashed on the highway for undetermined reasons.
