Seal Beach, California (September 30, 2021) – A scooter rider was seriously injured in a crash on Wednesday afternoon in Seal Beach.
According to Seal Beach police, the accident occurred near Saint Andrews Drive and Church Place in Seal Beach in the Leisure World Community.
At around 3:30 p.m. September 29, police said an elderly man riding a mobility scooter was struck by a passing car.
