Perris, California (September 30, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Thursday morning semi-truck accident that killed one person in Perris, Riverside County.
The deadly accident happened at about 5:10 a.m. at Mazie Avenue and Highway 74.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi-truck collided with a pickup truck on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
The pickup truck reportedly crashed into a home at 21120 Mazie Avenue and caught fire following the collision.
