At Least 1 Sustains Major Injuries in Ontario Semi-Truck Crash on 10 Freeway at 15 Freeway
Ontario, California (October 2, 2021) – A semi-truck driver was injured in a traffic collision that happened Friday night on a freeway in Ontario, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The 10 Freeway crash took place at about 9:16 p.m. in the westbound lanes at 15 Freeway.
A yellow Scion collided with a semi-truck for unknown reasons.
The semi overturned onto its side, blocking traffic lanes. The Scion was also blocking traffic lanes after the collision.
Ontario police, firefighters, and Caltrans responded to the scene following the accident.

According to the report, the crash resulted in major injuries. The driver of the semi, who was possibly trapped inside, sustained a large laceration to the left hand.
Westbound 10 freeway remained closed for an unknown time following the collision.
