Rider Suffers Major Injuries in Camarillo Motorcycle Accident on Highway 101 near Central Avenue
Camarillo, California (October 3, 2021) – A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries following a traffic collision that happened Friday evening in Camarillo, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The major injury crash was reported at around 5:54 p.m. Friday, October 1, on Highway 101, just north of Central Avenue.
As per the CHP report, the motorcyclist collided with another vehicle in the southbound lane of the highway.

The motorcycle rider suffered major injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
It remains unclear whether the driver of the car stopped at or fled the scene after the collision.
Authorities temporarily closed the southbound lanes of Highway 101 near Central Avenue as they conducted an investigation.
