, California (October 3, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after a traffic crash involving two vehicles in Windsor, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The two-vehicle wreck happened just before 4:10 p.m. Thursday, September 30, on U.S. Route Highway 101 near the Windsor River Road exit.

CHP said a blue Honda sedan and another vehicle collided in the northbound lane of the highway. The Honda acquired moderate front-end damage upon the impact.

Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to the involved parties. One patient, whose name was not immediately disclosed, was taken to a hospital for further treatment.
