At Least One Person Injured in Arcata Head-On Crash on Peninsula Drive
Arcata, California (October 5, 2021) – At least one person was injured Tuesday evening in a traffic collision involving a Humboldt County Transit bus in Arcata, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash was reported at around 4:59 p.m. in the 1369-1454 block of Peninsula Drive.
As per the CHP report, the bus collided head-on with a green Chevrolet Tahoe on Peninsula Drive.

Authorities said the crash resulted in minor injuries. The exact number of injured parties and their identities were not immediately disclosed.
No further details about the crash were immediately provided.
