1 Killed in Lynwood Crash on Southbound Interstate 710 near Interstate 105

Lynwood, California (October 6, 2021) – A Tuesday night Lynwood crash on Interstate 710 left one person dead, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Emergency crews responded to the southbound lanes of the interstate just south of Interstate 105, where two vehicles collided at around 11:25 p.m.
At the scene, the responders found a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Ford F-150 involved in the accident. The Ford was blocking the middle lanes, and the Jeep was in the center divider.

The report said one person was killed in the crash but did not give more details.
It also remained unclear if there was any other party injured in the wreck.
The Jeep was towed away for evidence.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
