Two Hospitalized after Camarillo Crash on Westbound Lewis Road at Cawelti Road
Camarillo, California (October 8, 2021) – Two people were hospitalized Wednesday evening following a two-vehicle collision in Camarillo, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at around 7:49 p.m. Wednesday, October 6, on Lewis Road, just west of the intersection with Cawelti Road.
CHP said a Subaru Legacy collided with another vehicle in the westbound lane of Lewis Road.

Two patients were transported to St. John's Hospital Camarillo with minor injuries. The names of the victims and their identities were not immediately disclosed.
Westbound Lewis near Cawelti Road was temporarily closed due to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
