1 Injured in El Cajon Motorcycle Crash on Otay Lakes Road
El Cajon, California (October 11, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in El Cajon on Sunday morning, October 10.
The motor accident happened on Otay Lakes Road at about 11:37 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A motorcycle was traveling on the roadway when it collided with a Mitsubishi Mirage in unclear circumstances.
The rider suffered a lower leg injury in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Information about the Mitsubishi driver was not immediately available.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
