Sacramento Accident on Interstate 5 at P Street Results in Major Injuries
Stevinson, California (October 11, 2021) – A bicyclist survived with major injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Sacramento Sunday evening, October 10.
The major injury crash took place at about 8:50 p.m. on Interstate 5 (Westside Freeway) at the P Street onramp.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a person riding a bicycle on the southbound side of the freeway was struck by a white truck for reasons still under investigation.

The bicyclist, whose identity has not been released, suffered serious injuries following the collision. Paramedics took the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment.
