1 Hospitalized after San Francisco Crash on Interstate 80 near Fremont Street
San Francisco, California (October 12, 2021) – One person sustained minor injuries following a traffic collision involving a white Audi and a blue Nissan in San Francisco Sunday morning.
The minor injury crash took place on Interstate 80 near Fremont Street at approximately 7:42 a.m.
Although the California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the collision occurred on the westbound side of the interstate, one of the automobiles swerved and crashed into the center divider upon the impact.

One person sustained minor injuries following the accident. The patient, who has not been identified, was rushed to Sutter Health California Pacific Medical Center for treatment.
Officials shut down the westbound lanes of Interstate 80 as they investigated and cleared the scene.
The accident is currently being investigated.
