1 Hospitalized after Somis Accident at Highway 118 and Walnut Avenue
Somis, California (October 14, 2021) – A Somis accident involving two vehicles Wednesday afternoon sent one person to the hospital, the California Highway Patrol said.
The minor injury crash took place at approximately 3:40 p.m. in the area of westbound Highway 118 and Walnut Avenue.
As per the dispatch, two vehicles crashed at the intersection near Mesa Elementary School for undetermined reasons.
Somis Collision Injures 1
Following the accident, one unidentified person suffered minor injuries. Paramedics treated the victim before transporting them to Ventura County Medical Center for treatment.
The crash resulted in the closure of the westbound Highway 118 at Walnut for an unknown time.
