Two Hurt in San Jose Accident on Highway 101 near Tully Road

San Jose, California (October 15, 2021) – Two people were injured in a crash with a wrong-way driver in San Jose early Friday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
Shortly after midnight, a white pickup truck was driving the wrong way northbound on Highway 101 near Tully Road when it crashed into the right hand shoulder and caught fire.
Shortly after, another driver swerved to avoid the truck but also crashed near the center divide.

Two people were taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.
There were no further details on the incident.
