Liza Ramirez and Antonio del Toro Killed in Modesto Car Crash on Grayson Road near Muncy Road
Modesto, California (October 18, 2021) – The Stanislaus County Coroner's Office has disclosed the identities of two people who were killed in a head-on collision that occurred Friday evening in Modesto.
The California Highway Patrol said the wreck occurred at about 7:09 p.m. in the 4937 block of W Grayson Road near Muncy Road.
The officers established that 33-year-old Antonio del Toro, of Delhi, was driving a Dodge Caliber eastbound on Grayson Road when he made a left turn into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a Dodge Durango driven by 26-year-old Kurtis Belkin of Modesto.
Antonio del Toro was killed in the accident.

Belkin, and his passenger 44-year-old Liza Ramirez of Patterson, were transported to the area hospitals.
Sadly, Ramirez succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the wreck.
