At Least 1 Sustains Major Injuries in West Point Car Accident on N Railroad Flat Road near June Avenue
Calaveras County, California (October 15, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a serious injury West Point car accident that happened Friday afternoon in Calaveras County.
Emergency crews responded to the county's census-designated place after receiving reports of a two-vehicle collision.
The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. on N Railroad Flat Road, just north of June Avenue.
A ground ambulance from a local hospital was dispatched to the scene to provide medical help and transport at least one person who sustained major injuries to the hospital.
One of the cars, a red Chevrolet Malibu, was towed away from the scene.
