Del Mar Heights, California (October 17, 2021) – A man riding a motorcycle was seriously hurt in a collision with a vehicle in Del Mar Heights on Saturday evening, according to San Diego police.
The wreck happened in the area of Mar Scenic Drive and Del Mar Heights Road just after 6:30 p.m. October 16.
Police said a 25-year-old man collided with a Nissan Moreno that was attempting to make a left turn onto Del Mar Heights.

The motorcyclist was rushed to a hospital with a major head trauma. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, police said.
The driver of the Nissan, a 16-year-old girl, was not injured in the collision.
