1 Killed in Riverside Accident on 91 Freeway near Adams Street
Riverside, California (October 17, 2021) – One person died in a multi-vehicle collision that took place early Sunday morning on 91 Freeway, as per a local news source.
The incident occurred just before 4:50 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the freeway near Adams Street.
As per the article, multiple vehicles, including a possible wrong-way car, were involved in the accident. The exact number of the vehicles, however, was not mentioned.
Authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of the crash with a body lying in traffic lanes. The coroner was called to the scene.
The wreck, whose cause remained unknown, left the entire freeway closed. The westbound lanes were reopened at 7:00 a.m.
