1 Person Seriously Injured in Temecula Car Crash at De Luz Road and Via Vaquero Road
Temecula, California (October 18, 2021) – One person sustained serious injuries following a car crash that happened Saturday afternoon in Temecula, the California Highway Patrol said.
The major injury collision happened at around 2:35 p.m. Saturday, October 16, at the intersection of De Luz Road and Via Vaquero Road, near the Cross Creek Golf Club.
According to the CHP, a pickup truck collided with a silver-colored SUV at the Temecula intersection. Details on what led up to the accident at this time are unknown.

One patient was transported to a hospital with major injuries. The name and current condition of the victim were not available.
The intersection of De Luz Road and Via Vaquero Road was blocked during the investigation.
