One Person Seriously Injured in Antelope Crash on Walerga Road near Antelope Road
Antelope, California (October 20, 2021) – One person sustained serious injuries following a traffic collision that happened Tuesday afternoon in Antelope, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at around 1:17 p.m. Tuesday, October 19, in the 7645 block of Walerga Road near Antelope Road.
CHP said two vehicles collided on Walerga Road under unclear circumstances.
Due to the impact, one of the involved vehicles drifted off the road and struck a fire hydrant.

One patient was taken to a local hospital with major injuries. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
A section of Walerga Road was blocked due to the crash.
Further details about the accident were not immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
