Camarillo Crash on Highway 101 Freeway near Carmen Drive Injures At Least 1 Person
Camarillo, California (October 22, 2021) – At least one person was hurt following a traffic collision that occurred Friday morning, October 22.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site at approximately 7:15 a.m. on the Highway 101 Freeway near Carmen Drive.
The accident involved a white Ford F-150 pickup truck hauling a gardening trailer and a yellow Ford Mustang that crashed in the interstate's southbound lanes for undetermined reasons.
The Ventura County Fire Department arrived at the area just after 7:15 a.m. and treated at least one person who had sustained unspecified injuries.

The car acquired major front-end damage while the pickup had moderate front-end damage upon the impact and had to be towed away from the crash site.
