Beaumont Accident on Highway 79 near Lamb Canyon Landfill Sends 1 to Hospital
Beaumont, California (October 26, 2021) – A Beaumont accident involving a white Nissan Altima and a second vehicle Sunday afternoon sent one person to the hospital, the California Highway Patrol said.
The minor injury crash took place on Highway 79, just south of the Lamb Canyon Landfill, at about 2:00 p.m.
The CHP did not immediately establish how the accident occurred along the northbound side of the roadway on October 24.
Minor Injury Beaumont Car Accident
Paramedics responded to the scene shortly after the crash and treated one unidentified person who had suffered minor injuries before transporting them to Hemet Valley Medical Center for further treatment.
Officials closed down the northbound lanes of Highway 79 near the Landfill for an unknown time as they investigated and cleared the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
