1 Injured in San Marcos Collision on Highway 78 near Twin Oaks Valley Road
San Marcos, California (October 27, 2021) – A major injury car crash was reported in San Marcos on Tuesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened on Highway 78 near Twin Oaks Valley Road at about 4:24 p.m. October 26.
A red Toyota Prius and at least two other vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were yet to be established.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
