Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Aptos Crash on Cabrillo Highway 1 near Freedom Boulevard
Aptos, California (October 30, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday morning traffic accident that left a motorcyclist seriously injured in Aptos.
The major injury accident occurred at about 11:18 a.m., on October 29, on Cabrillo Highway 1 near Freedom Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a blue Volkswagen collided with a motorcycle on southbound Cabrillo Highway 1 in the fast lane in unclear circumstances.
Following the collision, the rider was ejected onto the roadway near the center divider.
