Ciara Navarro ID'd as 1 of 2 Killed in Sacramento Car Crash at 7th and L Streets
Sacramento, California (November 1, 2021) – One of the two people killed Sunday night in a multi-vehicle crash in downtown Sacramento has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office as Ciara Navarro, 25, of Sacramento.
According to a report by the Sacramento Police Department, the incident happened on 7th and L streets at about 8:20 p.m. Sunday, October 31.
Several vehicles were involved in the collision, whose cause was not immediately determined.

Ciara was transported to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Another person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Four other people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Their current conditions were not available.
Traffic was expected to be impacted for some hours as crews worked at the scene.
The Sacramento Police Department responded to the incident and is working to find out what caused it.
