Corona Accident on Riverside (91) Freeway near Main Street Results in Minor Injuries
Corona, California (November 2, 2021) – At least one person sustained minor injuries after multiple vehicles crashed Tuesday morning in Corona, the California Highway Patrol said.
The multi-vehicle collision happened on the eastbound Riverside (91) Freeway, just west of Main Street, at approximately 11:00 a.m.
As per the report, a black Audi SUV, a gray Toyota, a gold pickup truck pulling a travel trailer, a white Cavalier and possibly other automobiles collided along the roadway on November 2.
The initial report showed that the gold pickup truck hit the gold Toyota that wound up facing the wrong way in the fast lane.
Minor Injury Corona Multi-Vehicle Accident
One of the involved motorists sustained injuries to their nose and lip following the accident.
Medical personnel rushed at least one victim to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove four vehicles away from the crash site.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
