Man Airlifted after Grass Valley Motorcycle Accident on East Main Street

Grass Valley, California (November 4, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Tuesday evening in a collision with a vehicle in Grass Valley, authorities said.
The major injury crash took place on East Main Street, up the hill from the roundabout, on Tuesday, November 2.
According to the authorities, a 48-year-old Grass Valley man was riding his motorcycle on East Main Street when he collided with another vehicle.
After the impact, the rider was thrown off the bike and fell 40 to 50 feet to the ground.
Major Injury Collision in Grass Valley
The motorcyclist sustained major trauma and was airlifted to Sutter Roseville Medical Center. He was in stable condition as of Wednesday. His name has not been disclosed.
The driver of the other vehicle did suffer any injuries in the collision.
No further details about the crash were immediately provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
