Woman Dies after Stockton Motorcycle Collision at El Dorado Street and Cleveland Street
Stockton, California (November 4, 2021) – A woman was killed in a motorcycle accident in Stockton on Wednesday evening, November 3.
The motorcycle accident happened near El Dorado and Cleveland streets at about 6 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.
Woman Riding Motorcycle Killed in Stockton Crash
The paramedics responded to the crash and rushed the female rider to the hospital. Sadly, the woman died while undergoing treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.

When these types of accidents happen, the drivers of the involved vehicles may be held accountable for the crash. However, it is good to note that the motorcyclist may also be partly to blame if, for example, they were speeding or riding in the wrong lane.
- Speeding – Riding at high speeds reduces the rider's ability to slow or stop safely in case of a hazard or slowed or stopped traffic. The rider ends up crashing into other cars or loses control of the motorcycle after applying emergency brakes.
