Woman Killed, One Passenger Injured in Seal Beach DUI Crash at Seal Beach Boulevard and St. Andrews Drive
Seal Beach, California (November 5, 2021) – A woman was killed in a crash with a suspected drunken driver Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Seal Beach, according to Seal Beach police.
The deadly wreck was reported just before 3:45 p.m. Thursday, November 11, at the intersection of Seal Beach Boulevard and St. Andrews Drive.
Police said two vehicles collided for unknown reasons at the Seal Beach intersection.

One of the drivers, only identified as a woman, was taken to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injures. Her name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
A passenger in one of the vehicles sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
The other driver, later identified as German Juarez, 29, of Los Angeles, was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries before being booked at the Orange County Jail for felony driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicular manslaughter.
Both lanes of Seal Beach Boulevard were temporarily closed during the investigation.
