One Person Hospitalized after Phelan Crash at Buttemere Road and Nielson Road

Phelan, California (November 8, 2021) – One person was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a crash involving an off-road vehicle in Phelan, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury collision occurred just after 4:30 p.m. Sunday, November 7, at the intersection of Buttemere Road and Nielson Road.
CHP said the off-road vehicle collided with a Toyota Camry at the Phelan intersection.

The rider of the off-road vehicle sustained major injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately available.
The area of Buttemere Road and Nielson Road was blocked due to the crash.
