, California (November 16, 2021) – At least one person sustained minor injuries following a traffic collision Tuesday morning on a highway in San Marcos, County.

The two-vehicle crash took place on the eastbound Highway 78, just west of the Interstate , at approximately 7:40 a.m. on November 16.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, a silver Chrysler 300 hit the back of a Mercedes Benz on the roadway for undetermined reasons.

Minor Injury Highway 78 Car Collision

At least one individual was injured in the collision. Paramedics treated the victim, who was not identified, before transporting them to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Officials requested a tow to remove the wrecked Mercedes away from the crash site.
