Middletown Accident on Highway 175 near Casa Grande Lane Sends 1 to Hospital
Middletown, California (November 20, 2021) – A Middletown accident involving two vehicles Friday afternoon left one person with serious injuries, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP responded to the crash site at approximately 3:57 p.m. on Highway 175 near Casa Grande Lane in Lake County.
A green Chevrolet 1500 and a white sedan reportedly crashed head-on along the highway for undetermined reasons.

One person, who has not been recognized, sustained major injuries as a result of the crash. Officials affirmed that paramedics rushed the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
