At Least One Person Seriously Injured in Hollister Crash on State Route 156 near Fairview Road

Hollister, California (November 21, 2021) – At least one person was seriously injured early Friday morning in a collision between a semi-truck and a car in Hollister, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The major injury crash was reported just after 1:03 a.m. Friday, November 19, on State Route 156 near Fairview Road.
According to the CHP, a Dodge RAM collided head-on with a semi-truck on State Route 156.
After the impact, the truck drifted off the road and rolled down an embankment while the Dodge came to rest in the center median area.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the involved parties. The medics determined that one male party sustained major injuries in the crash.
