Bicyclist Hospitalized after Ashland Accident at 159th Avenue and 14th Street
Ashland, California (November 21, 2021) – A traffic collision involving a bicycle and a vehicle at an intersection in Ashland Saturday afternoon resulted in major injuries, the California Highway Patrol said.
The bicycle crash took place in the area of 159th Avenue and 14th Street at approximately 3:23 p.m.
As per the dispatch, a bicyclist was hit by a white Toyota Tundra at the intersection near the Bayfair Center shopping center for undetermined reasons.
The unidentified cyclist sustained major injuries in the collision and was rushed to a local hospital for medication.
Details regarding the involved motorist were not immediately established at the report time.
