Martinez, CA: Deadly Motorcycle Accident on Highway 4 at McEwen Road On-Ramp

, California (November 24, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a deadly that happened Tuesday night on a highway in Martinez.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at about 9:40 p.m. on eastbound Highway 4 at the McEwen Road On-Ramp.

Authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of a rider down in the roadway.

At the scene, the responders found a Harley Davidson and at least one car involved in the collision.

The coroner responded to the scene after the motorcyclist was pronounced dead.

No other information was given about the incident.

CHP is investigating the accident.
