Three Killed in Bakersfield Accident on Weedpatch Highway
Bakersfield, California (November 26, 2021) – At least three people were killed in a head-on accident that occurred in Bakersfield early Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at around 2:28 a.m. on Weedpatch Highway at Smith Road.
CHP said two vehicles were involved in the collision.

Authorities believe alcohol was a factor in the incident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
