At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in El Centro Crash on Highway 111 at E Evan Hewes Highway
El Centro, California (November 26, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened Friday morning in El Centro, resulting in major injuries.
Authorities received reports about the accident at about 9:28 a.m. on southbound Highway 111 at E Evans Hewes Highway.
First responders found a Honda Pilot and a van involved in the wreck.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the accident. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to take the patient to the hospital.
No other details were available.
CHP will establish the cause of the accident when they conclude their investigation.
