69-Year-Old Man Killed in Oak Park Crash at Timothy Drive and Pirotte Drive
San Diego, California (November 27, 2021) – A pickup truck driver was killed after hitting two parked cars in the Oak Park neighborhood in San Diego on Saturday morning, according to San Diego police.
The deadly crash, which was reported at about 8:30 a.m., happened in the area of Timothy Drive and Pirotte Drive.
Police said a 69-year-old man was driving a 2010 Ford F-150 on Timothy Drive when he crashed into a black Honda sedan parked in the driveway of a home.
The F-150 then struck another parked car. The impact caused the F-150 to flip onto its passenger side and partially eject the driver out of the passenger side window.
Deadly Car Crash in Oak Park
The driver of the F-150, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was declared dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
No one else was injured in the crash.
It is undetermined if alcohol, drugs, or a medical condition were factors in the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
