Rider Seriously Injured in Hesperia Motorcycle Crash on Summit Valley Road near Ponderosa Nursery
Hesperia, California (November 29, 2021) – A motorcyclist was pinned under a vehicle in a collision that happened Sunday morning in Hesperia, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at around 11:06 a.m. in the 4544 block of Summit Valley Road near Ponderosa Nursery.
CHP said a motorcycle collided with a recreational vehicle for unknown reasons. The male motorcyclist got pinned underneath the vehicle.
A tow truck with a lift was requested to respond to help free the rider.
The motorcyclist was rescued while breathing but unresponsive and rushed to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with severe injuries. His condition was not mentioned.
The roadway remained blocked until at 12:55 p.m., when it was reopened.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
