2 Hospitalized after Chula Vista Car Crash at Telegraph Canyon Road and Paseo Ladera
Chula Vista, California (November 29, 2021) – Two people were severely hurt in a two-vehicle collision that happened Saturday night at an intersection in Chula Vista, a local news source reported.
The incident occurred at around 11:51 at Telegraph Canyon Road and Paseo Ladera.
According to Chula Vista police, two vehicles collided at the intersection under unclear circumstances.
First responders found one of the drivers, only identified as a woman, trapped inside her car and a whole engine block on the roadway.
The woman, together with the driver of the other vehicle, were transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital, both with major injuries.
Debris from the crash was scattered in the streets.
Police are investigating to determine the cause of the wreck.
