Five Injured in Chico Crash on Highway 32 near Meridian Road
Chico, California (December 1, 2021) – Several people were injured in a traffic collision in Chico on Tuesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on Highway 32 near Meridian Road at around 7:30 p.m. November 30.
According to the report, a black vehicle was traveling west on Highway 32 when it rear-ended a white pickup truck.

Four people in the truck and one in the black vehicle were all taken to hospital. One of the hospitalized patients was a minor.
CHP said the injuries sustained in the collision were not critical.
Speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
