, California (December 1, 2021) – One person died in a fiery car crash that happened Wednesday morning on a freeway in Hesperia, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The wreck was reported at about 4:04 a.m. on northbound , near Oak Hill Road.

As per the report, the driver of a red Ford told authorities that another car was blacked out and stalled in traffic lanes and ended up slamming into it.

One of the vehicles caught fire and got fully engulfed, with at least one person trapped inside. The party was pulled out of the burning car with burns and unconscious.

The report said one person was killed in the crash, and a coroner representative was requested to respond.

No other information was given, but CHP is investigating.
